Announcing Elizabeth Grace Hall

The newest addition to our family, Elizabeth Grace Hall, entered the world at 3:20pm on February 15th 2008 to proud parents, friends, family and an especially proud big sister. “Lizzy” weighed 7 lbs 13 oz and was 20 3/4″ long. Enjoy the pictures from her first day.

Dr. Brad

Well, I’ve finally finished graduate school…it only took me 5.5 years, quite good for the Ellington lab. I now hold a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. Of course I could have spent more time at it, but with the Freshman Research Initiative and a new baby due in less than a week, I was ready to get out. You should now call me Dr. Brad (yeah right). I have already begun my next stage in life as a Faculty Research Educator for the Freshman Research Initiative through the College of Natural Sciences here at UT.

I will hopefully be much better at posting things (pictures/posts/Elizabeth related news, Madison related news, etc). Cheers to all those who read this.
